Safety

Will have the only elevator technology in the world that does not require any battery backup or temporary power supply in the event of power failure. All safety features which includes Telephone, Light, Fan, Child Switch, Emergency Descend & Alarm are standard in our elevator for home.

Self Supported Structure:

Lifts come with its own self supported structure. This ensures that this elevator needs ZERO Civil Work. In fact, you do not need to build any side wall, column, beam or even a supporting structure. Since the shaft and the cabin are engineered and manufactured in the same facility, we are able to achieve maximum shaft to cabin space for any elevator.

Low Maintenance & Environment Friendly:

Our elevator operate on single phase power and consume only 3.7 KW of power when going up. During descend, this elevator consumes ZERO power which make it a GREEN Elevator. Since our elevators use traction as the main source of operation, it does not require any oil or lubrication. This reduces the frequency of lift maintenance from monthly to once every 4 months. Our elevator come with 1 years of warranty.

Light Weight:

our Home elevator are manufactured using the titanium Steel. This allows the elevator to be light weight without compromising on strength. This also improves the build quality and life of the lifts as rusting is impossible. A two-stop elevator would roughly weigh only 680 KG. This allows the elevator to be installed even on your balcony or on any existing flooring without any need of special concreting or reinforcements.

No Pit and Machine Room Required:

Elevator pit are known as the Devil’s Basement, as it collects dust and houses Insects and termites. This is not an issue with Asia FUJI Home Elevators as it does not require any pit. These elevators are EN81 Compliant and ideal for existing homes. The machinery of the lift is embedded within itself and it does not require any Machine Room.
